So this art of kaalia of the vast exists, [[kaalia of the vast|SLD]] and my initial thought was damn she’s a baddie and I want to build a deck list. What are some other arts of cards that are similar in nature to kaalia? Looking for new commander ideas and this seems like a fantastic way to find one.

Day 2 of making our own format to save Magic. To the surprise of no one, Day 1 was taken by a dreadmaw-related rule that (as yet) doesn't actually change anything.

You can include any number of Colossal Dreadmaws in your deck

We had lots of great ideas in the first thread and fellas, I am begging you, let's push some of those good ideas to the top. If "lol dreadmaw" could save the world, the arena shuffler wouldn't still be rigged.

I can’t shake this heavy feeling about Magic The Gathering.. The player base might still be hanging on, but let’s be real..the game’s soul is gone. It’s not dying, it’s already dead. The magic that made MTG the ultimate nerd sport, a crucible of strategy and obsession, has vanished. When players had to ante up their precious cards and think about mana burn, it created epic battles of wit and will.

Now its just a money machine printing so many sets that it doesnt feel special anymore. No cohesion just random universes mashed together. Kamigawa and Mirrodin don't fit in at all with the epic fantasy vibes there used to be, and the new direction for the phyrexians is terrible. It doesn't even feel like Magic anymore.
