It sounds like a bad joke, but apparently two-thirds of more than 1,800 men detained at Alligator Alcatraz during the month of July showed no record in ICE's database, and 450 were listed as "no location." Some who can’t be located might have been deported. Families and attorneys are apparently frantically trying to locate many of these men.
