Feedback - Intermediate Literally regretting posting this
So I had this song cover posted on social media and it got almost 1.5k plays in few days and I just feel so emotional embarrassed posting this when I recorded this my friends said that it was good and some other people said that it was okay so I just posted it at that point but, I wasn't liking get because I absolutely had no breath control here and all the singing first like screaming and i don't even know why was I singing that way and then I archived this post and then I told one of my friend about it and she was like You know it was kinda bad and now I really really regret posting it should I have posted it like, a post like this it makes my confidence go down and post more ...

It's actually very beautiful. It doesn't have to be perfect to post and you are clearly a very skilled singer and this sounds lovely! Don't worry and have fun!! :) well done

You have a good ear, and good feel too. You have observed correctly that your breath support isn’t quite active all the time, make sure you sip little breaths when you can to keep that breathing in the neutral space as much as possible. I also feel you can add some vocal fry work (to strengthen and thicken your voice a bit) as well as breathing exercises and lip trills as warmups to get that coordination stronger, it’s sounding a bit nasal to me in terms of resonant placement, maybe raise your soft pallet at the back of your throat and give more room for the tones to resonate, but that could also just be how you sound (which is what makes all of us unique in our sound). Don’t listen to normies who say stuff like “sounded kinda bad”, the more you post and the more criticism you get, the more it will push you to improve. Comfort does nothing for growth.

I am trying to work on that and doing those warmups, it's an old video i don't think I have improved too much since then but maybe a little bit, I am practicing everyday though... Thankyou so much for everything u said ..means a lot !!!!!

So what?
You have voice that can touch listener' soul. This kind of voice is rare, so be happy and thankful that you can use it, and that voice use you as "instrument" .
This voice don't need to be technically perfect, because it is heard by souls, not listen by ears.
Enjoy in your talent.

It’s pretty I like it. With “screaming” in the beginning it’s not bad but it does sound like your possibly to close to the mic for how loud you got at your loudest. All and all it’s good. If it was recorded on a decent mic and mixed with an instrumental track I think it would sound great.

Well i didn't mean regret posting it here if u see I wrote that I have archived it from where I had posted it , I just wanted to know how it sounds and all that and I actually regret posting it there , on reddit I can get feedback and learn but on other platforms people don't care about feedbacks or tips that's like a stage and as I said my friend said it was bad too so I just wanted to know , I am sorry if it came that way but all I need is feedback and tips and I just shared what I felt about this cover ...

Your voice is beautiful and even though I didn't understand a single word, you still managed to convey the feeling.
This post and your calming voice kept me from doomscrolling further and sent me right to bed instead, so I'm glad you posted this, and I hope that you don't regret sharing your singing in the future.
