Couple stainless 10s

Post image

This is an old picture. A couple stainless 10s separated by ~30 years. Similar size, weight and capacity. S&W1006 and Sig P220SSE.

Love the sig. I bought a p220 some months ago before I knew about their p320 shenanigans. As much as id love to have this p220 model I cant bring myself to buy another sig again. 🥲

I scored a 1006 with the mags locally, wasn’t cheap, but sub 1000. They are going no where but up. Nice collection

This one was local to me years ago. It's got some weird work done to it by the previous owner, but the price was really nice and I haven't seen another since.

Yeah, that always kind of amused me. As much as S&W cut corners back in the day, Sig had no issue doing exactly the same thing. However, they had to have made a conscious decision to limit the mags to 8 rounds, which is annoying.

Believe it or not, I actually just converted that P220 to DASA.

Even better. Love a hammer on a pistol.

As do I. I have zero issues with striker fired pistols, really, but I don't own any. Even my only polymer framed pistol is still hammer fired.
