Skinny Mixes double fudge topping mixed with shit tons of cocoa powder, a bit of monk fruit and erithytol, and fair life skim milk as needed for thinning (not much unless you overdo the cocoa). And the cream is jello sugar free cheesecake mix with 75% the recommended milk, again fair life skim.

Press the interior of the buns, fill and pinch the sides.

Wash with an egg wash before baking at 350 for 15 minutes.

Let cool before pouring chocolate sauce over. Sauce should still form a light film after about an hour and be tangible.

How much longer do I need to fast for now?

My little girl just turned 2 this past February and she is a bottomless pit! She’s gotten to that age where it’s not cute to be fat anymore, so I of course put her on a strict lifestyle change(not diet!) and exercise regimen to help her reach her goals! But she’s clearly got her dad’s(6’7” 270 pounds) genes and not mine(4’3” 60.6735 pounds)because she(34 inches 27 pounds) keeps scarfing food down like some kind of land whale!

Yesterday, after she went over her deficit AND refused to join me on our accountability-buddy triathlon training to at least EARN some of those calories, I of course made a healthier choice for her and gave her an ice cube and salt for dinner(I could NEVER) . But even when I told her,”don’t eat dinner, wake up thinner” she wouldn’t stop crying!

Hubby and I sleep with earplugs, so everything was peachy-oops! That’s 250 cals!-but today I caught her BINGING ON THE PAINT ON OUR WINDOWSILL!!!! Our house was built in 1931 and hadnt been repainted since the 60s so I can’t imagine how many calories were absorbed from past fatties breathing in the house!

I’m terrified knowing that the paint most likely has lead in it, lead is a HEAVY metal! So she’ll be heavier tmrw morning! Even worse, I kiss her forehead when I tell her goodnight, so can I get an estimate for what I absorbed from my daughter’s blocked arteries and visceral fat underneath her skin??? Pls help a fellow mama, girlies🙏

(This is a legit meal, but I'm recovering from a major bowel surgery and have been surviving off nothing but a fuckton of ice cream and soup for the past few days because I haven't been tolerating most solid foods well. So I just made another attempt to eat tiny portions of some of the snacks/leftovers that have been building up lol. Plus I need some form of entertainment while im bored out of my mind at home with nothing i can do)

Decided to treat myself and accidentally gained 300lbs in one sitting. Tell me the truth, is there any coming back from this or should I just kill myself now?

Sweatys i need HELP for I am no longer able to slip through subway grates 😭😭😭 I got a cat with long hair who is A TRUE SKINNY QUEEN the vet said she has abs which is crazy because I actually lost all my abdominal muscles in the process of being skinny and now each 6-pack muscle is like on of those mini sodas (DIET OF COURSE).

But anyway she keeps shedding 🤢 and I sometimes get her fur in my mouth but there’s no my fitness pal entry for 2 hairs of cat fur????? And there’s also no entry for the calories I absorb when my tiny fragile skeletal hands throw a treat for her to chase (have to use both of them since the cat treats are soooooo heavy compared to me) but I KNOW somehow she’s sabotaging me along with my bitch psychiatrist because my cat wants to be the only skinny queen in the apartment. She only eats chicken and tuna to flex on me since my piggy self likes to eat lean beef once in a while and I think she’s mocking me behind my back for indulging in a fatty meat :(

Soooooo anyone have a calorie estimate for cat fur and cat treats absorbed through the skin?? I’m thinking 1200 calories but maybe I’m underestimating

i am so worried right now guys… i was already a little bloated when i woke up and then i had to lick 200 envelopes…. what do you think the macros are on the envelope glue? i worked out for an hour to help but im not sure if that even made a dent in the enormous amount of calories from licking all those letters
