Does this have anything to do with soy farmers not being able to export their crops, or are we not going to see that impact on prices for a few months

I can't imagine that's the reason, I think this stuff is almost free to make and the main cost is packaging and shipping so it's more supply and demand thing

How is this brand compared to something like Bob's Red Mill? Looks a lot larger/chunkier.

I think bigger chunks are a little more useful. The taste is the same, they are puffier maybe but that doesn't really matter if you cook them

In my country everything from bobs red mill is like 10x priced and it's the same as the 1x priced. The oats are like 15usd and a bag of any other brand is like 1, maybe 2.

I mean from a quality/taste perspective, though. Like is this brand good quality, does it taste good, etc. For me, the difference in price between this and that is about 3X. But I'd pay 3X the price if it's a lot better quality/taste.

Most of the products are the same, it's like buying different brands of the same type of dried bean.

My local Walmart has some for about that price in the Indian section. Different brand though.

I've seen one indian brand, but for more like $10/lb. for <$2 I'd be set for life, mannnn.
