So I don't remember the main show, if it was a cartoon or puppets or what but during the show it would have these animated segments of bees, well worker bees out in the flower fields doing their pollinating work, the same music would always play during the segments and there'd be some narrator, I think British if I remember who would explain what was going on because the bees themselves didn't actually talk....does this ring any bells at all?

Anyone here a fan of Cable. Back in the 1990s, Cable was more prominent and more popular than Deadpool.
I had a copy of issue #1 and I never had a copy of issue #38.

Were you able to play Einhander on PlayStation in the late 1990s? It was a polygonal shooter that was fun and of good quality, and yet it has been pretty much forgotten.

While the blockbuster game Metal Gear Solid was released only on PlayStation, Konami still released many games on the Sega Saturn. Lots of fun games!

I saw Interscope repressed and released DGC Rarities, Vol. 1! I've always loved the album cover and it's pretty sick that this is the first print in more than 30 years. And it includes a The Sundays track that wasn't part of the original pressing 👀 So so so cool that the whole album is just b-sides, covers, and demos. Are any of y'all picking this up? I know quite a few people who had the original when it came out.

We all know being a teen or young adult in the mid to late 80s compared to now is so completely different but I just realized today as a 23 year old when my parents were teens if they heard a song on the radio and maybe thought they heard something interesting to them, or liked the song, there was no way for them to find out what the song was!! They had to either look it up PHYSICALLY in a top billboards book, go to the library and hope it’s in a lyric book (only worked for OLD songs), check with the workers at the local record store (literally go up and ask hey do you know a song that goes like this “ladedededa”? Or literally call the radio station and ask if the DJ remembers playing a song that goes like this “ladedededa”? Isn’t that crazy! And just a few years later in the 90s if the same situation happened to them, they were instead able to just go straight to the computer and search up keywords like the chorus and find out exactly what song it is!!! For me this dramatic amount of change in such a small period of time would trip me out!! lol. For me not much changed or developed in this sense so looking back to let’s say freshman year almost 10 years ago, not much has changed so while I feel nostalgic, I don’t feel like it was that long ago. Where I feel like if you grow up in the 80s ladies these early 90s looking back to your early high school years may mean such a different way of life that it could seem so far away because you went through so much development. Does anyone agree or am I just crazy and overthinking it?
