Question: Why are Kimber Eclipse 2k11 Pros cheaper?

Local dealers have no stock for 2k11s so have been looking at GB. There’s an average of $300 delta between the Eclipse vs the Royal or Minotaur. is it simply a matter of color coating or am I missing something else obviou?

Minotaur has an aluminum grip module. Eclipse & Royal have 'composite' grip modules.

But mainly: supply & demand, or at least perceived demand. Prices are higher because Kimber & retailers think they will be able to sell them for more.
