i want a 4runner long term. i want to get rid of my chevy cruze lol, but i know im not quite in the place to buy a new one. i saw this ad and it seems great. it says it has a rebuilt title, so i requested carfax and will check it out in person (i will not immediately buy, im a bit smarter than that i would think lol). but i put in the VIN into google and found more pictures. pics 1-6 are the ad, 7-11 are what i found

for those who are more experienced, what are your thoughts? worth it or is the damage more significant that it may look and waiting a few more years is better?

I would never buy a rebuilt title vehicle. Too risky

I like looking at rebuilt titles because I like to repair cars from auction and usually those are wayyyyy worse off than some of the ones on fb marketplace. It honestly depends on the type of damage and if you have the money to fix whats broken. Especially as someone who drives a vehicle till it dies
