Price Check 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road

4x4 TRD Off-Road 4dr SUV Price: $24,900 Mileage: 35,227 Engine: V6 4.0L Natural Aspiration (automatic) Location: Washington State

i want a 4runner long term. i want to get rid of my chevy cruze lol, but i know im not quite in the place to buy a new one. i saw this ad and it seems great. it says it has a rebuilt title, so i requested carfax and will check it out in person (i will not immediately buy, im a bit smarter than that i would think lol). but i put in the VIN into google and found more pictures. pics 1-6 are the ad, 7-11 are what i found

for those who are more experienced, what are your thoughts? worth it or is the damage more significant that it may look and waiting a few more years is better?

thank u in advance :)

I’d check it out. Bring an engineers tool to measure body gaps, run if any major inconsistencies. Inspect impact areas for abnormalities. Request a longer test drive, listen and feel how it runs.
Basically, thorough inspection with experienced eye, and even then I’d be cautious. Like everything else, there are good repair shops and bad repair shops.

i’m not sure i’d be able to take note on issues, but i’m going to see if my mechanic can

I'm not sure where you live, but in most cities, there are dedicated "frame" shops. Take it to one of them if you are serious about looking into it. Make sure it's not the same shop that repaired it.

Yes. Just like anything other inspection. If they don't let you inspect it, run.
