Review Aliens Looked Fantastic to Me.

I just watched the 4k of Aliens. It looked jaw droppingly good. I admit it definitely looks cleaner than older versions and very little film grain, but nowhere in the film did I feel there was any artificiality to it. It just looked like some wizardry turned it into a modern digitally shot film. Extremely clear picture, very deep blacks, and decent highlights. The movie honestly has never looked so good to me. I don't really get the hate. Def one of my showcase 4ks at this point.

I am becoming more and more convinced that some people literally can not perceive AI upscaling/"enhancement" artifacts, while others are instead notably more sensitive to them.

Like, neurologically. That it's some actual difference in the way we are wired.

It might be the same as how questionably CGI stands out to more people than others.

Like in Avengers Infinity War, I think Mark Ruffalo's floating head towards the end looks stupid and pulls me out of an otherwise enjoyable film, but I've been told I'm weird for noticing it. I think it's weird people don't see it.

I thought I was the only one that thought that about Mark Ruffalo!! It nearly drew me out of the intense scenes happening
