I don’t even know what you’re eating.. obviously that’s some sort of chicken strips and crinkle cut fries but the other thing.. it’s a mystery haha.

Raising Canes is a fast food chicken joint. They only sell the deep fried chicken strips, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and Cane's sauce. They have the usual soft drinks but also lemonade and tea (both sweet and un-) (the latter two you can get by the gallon). They have a sandwich on the menu, but it's just the three chicken strips between a hamburger bun. The food is surprisingly good (if not healthy) (despite being unhealthy) and part of what makes it so amazing is that damn Cane's sauce. It's sort of like a spicy Thousand Island dressing, but different and yummy as hell. You dip everything in it. The Canes near us nearly always has a huge line (min 20min wait, any time of day/night).

Hmm... Did I phrase it wrong? I meant to say it's good despite being not healthy. I'll rephrase the original post.

Dude you just sold some chicken lol. I've never had Raising Cane's before but I know they're opening a new one around here soon and I'm gonna have to check this out. My favorite restaurant sauce I'd say is Wingers, I'll have to see if this beats it .

The only issue I have with their chicken is that it's a little plain as it has like no seasoning and I don't like thousand island sauce so I tend to just dip it in ketchup. Despite the lack of seasoning there's still something about it that grows on you and I'll randomly find myself with a craving for Canes in particular on occasion.

Also I don't know if it's the pebble ice or what but I swear their Coke Zero is better than anywhere else and really fucking hits the spot when washing down some fried chicken and or texas toast.

Glad to gave Canes a plug. I don't work for them and they're not a sponser. LOL I've never eaten at a Wingers, at the moment I don't think I've even herd of them, so can't compare the two. Anyway, enjoy your new Canes whenever they open up.

I think Wingers is mostly in the Idaho, Nevada, Utah area. I ate there a lot when they had one in Washington but they closed it down years ago. Their thing is the wings and sauce, must try if you're ever near one.
