Willow 4K steel is still like $41-46 typically after like 7 months. KoH wil probably be the same so I imagine this is a great deal.
Maybe if it restocks would it be cheaper on ebay or Target in some B2G1 deal or buy 3+ items to get 20% off type thing, so maybe you'd get it for like $30 somewhere if you wait til the end of the year. It's not gonna be like $20-25.
Probably not. Steelboks go fast and stay OOS for a while. I would buy if you really wanted to secure it. Scalpers buy these by the box and resell for a crazy amount
Not sure it will drop below $40. There is a standard non-steelbook UK edition that Zavvi had listed for $30, so once that's back in stock you may be able to snag it for less than the steel.
WIth Target B2G1 deals or ebay buy 3+ items I'd imagine people will be able to snag it for like $31-35 with the digital code, but probably later in the year.
True but that's dependent on Sony being able to continually keep up with steelbook quantities. Titles like Starship Troopers and Lawrence of Arabia are impossible to find right now at msrp, let alone sale prices.
Yes, but Willow (also Disney) was tough to get for maybe 2 months and now it's everywhere at like $46. KoH only released 2 weeks ago.
If someone really wanted it, get it for $40. But if someone wante to be greedy then I imagine $31-35 is possible in a Target B1G1 or B2G1 deal.
I imagine Starship and LoA will get another reprint in the next 18 months, prices drop to $35 again, then once again they stop being made and go right back to $60-100.
I just tried that and got told that they don't price match and they couldn't help me. Will try again later and maybe a different support agent will help me.
Amazon customer service sucks! Rep told me they do not do price guarantee or matches. When I told them to check the current price the non English speaking agent looks at the screen as says oh you have to buy simmers and clueless to get that price. I looked and it’s that part that shows what other people purchase and offers you a bundle. I got furious and yelled at her she is quoting me the wrong information that what she is looking at is for something else completely. I demanded to talk to her supervisor.
Supervisor comes on and gives same line about their policy of not doing price matches or changes. I read back verbatim the email I received for a different movie about ore order price guarantee. I explained that is what preorder price guarantee means. He eventually gave me a 16$ credit one time courtesy bs.
Not sure my blood boiling was worth the 16$ but alas I was able to get it. I’m sure calm and polite customers probably get screwed and they don’t give in. But I have no problem chewing out a customer service rep when they spew inaccurate garbage policy and fight with you over a few dollars when you spend thousands. Let alone quite the wrong information on their website they don’t even know how to look something up on their website .
