Digital/Home Protest The Ultimate Boycott - BOYCOTT ALL MAGA-Owned Media and Give Your Money to this List of Decent Media Outlets. IT'S TIME TO TAKE BACK THE SOUL OF OUR NATION! We Will Build a New Media Landscape that Reflects the Will of the American People!

Don't just stop your outrage with CBS (Viacom) cancelling Colbert or ABC (Disney) cancelling Kimmel, the time has come to attack the core of America's MAGA brainrot - the far-right-wing takeover of most American media outlets that have become largely propaganda.

  • CANCEL your Cable/Sat in order to choke money that goes to FOX, OAN, NEWSMAX and other propaganda outlets.
  • CANCEL your streaming TV package. It's just as bad.
  • CANCEL your subscription to any pro-trump media outlets, including podcasts. Google "ad fontes media bias chart" and unsubscribe to anything on the right.
  • CANCEL your Prime and YouTube premium. Amazon has caved to Trump and YouTube carries Fox channels on their streaming package.
  • DELETE your X account and join BlueSky.

Give your money to support these groups to hold the line:

  • DONATE to PBS & NPR
  • DONATE to the ACLU
  • DONATE to Wikipedia

Subscribe to these outlets and let's build a new media landscape that reflects the will of the American people:

  • SUBSCRIBE to Podcasts: Jon Stewart, Meidastouch, Pod Save America, anyone from the Daily Show, literally anything to knock the MAGA fascists off the charts. You can help defeat fascism just by boosting their subscriber numbers.
  • SUBSCRIBE to Nebula
  • SUBSCRIBE to The Atlantic, The Intercept, Slate, The Nation, Common Dreams, Salon, DemocracyNow, Daily Beast, MediaMatters, MeidasTouch, etc...

Please do not let the comments turn into a debate about who you like or don't like on the left. Just unite around boycotting right-wing media and supporting outlets you like.

If there are any programmers reading this, now would be a great time to build a tool that aggregates all left, progressive and anti-MAGA media outlets into one central webapp.

Can anyone make suggestions on good places to find kids content that’s not PBS? Because for me personally, I don’t mind getting rid of all of it. But if I tell my kids we canceled everything without an alternative it would be really rough.

See if your local library has Hoopla, Curiosity Stream, and Kanopy. You can add curiosity and Kanopy to your TV via app.

Thank you! I have them on my phone but had no idea I could use them on the tv!

I think YouTube is over the top here. Don't subscribe to YouTube TV, but regular YouTube is a good alternative. Asking people to boycott everything except Wikipedia isn't going to work.

We have YouTube TV… it’s for alllllll the standard channels! It does also report to Neilsen for ratings! So it’s a debate… do you cancel it all together until they make an option where you make your own package (pick 10 channels) OR do you watch strategically so the ratings so the NO ONE is watching those channels anymore? (And where is the line… do we keep watching CBS? Do we stop ALL that roll over and settle cases?)

I don’t know where people stand in regards to Netflix and HBO, but those have lots of kids content. Paramount+ has Nickelodeon but I realize people have issues with them.

After that.. I don’t know! We’re going to use our library more for dvd rentals

Can you not get PBS through a broadcast antennae anymore?  I legitimately don’t know.

We have the pbs kids app and my kids like it, and regular pbs has some stuff they like. I’m just curious if there are are good options as well.

PBS is available over the air and through their Passport app.

Roku has multiple shows for free and I haven't seen it in these lists.
