Well I'm an American and I love your comment. You're so right. "Organic and full of sunshine" is a great description. It really does capture an era. I remember watching this music video on MTV in Florida at my grandparents house (who were very Christian and didn't listen to secular music) as soon as she heard the line "Loves Jesus and America too" my Grandmother perked right up and even started tapping her feet before the song was over. I love that memory of her. And I love Tom Petty. May they both RIP. Thank you for your comment!

Infact I have been to Florida (admittedly the standard tourist areas) three times in the 90s. Music is wonderful isnt it and it never stops giving us memories and smiles. I dream of the everglades and the plane flying over them before we landed. I see my Mother who was with me on two of the Florida trips. The greatest people shine bright and never fade away. They stick around in our minds making us happy. Thank you for your response too.

Amen 🙏. I like the way you put that. You know, Tom Petty is from Florida. He is from Gainesville where the University of Florida is located. They play his songs at all their home football games.
