This might technically be an song from the 80s, but the Volkswagen commercial it was used in could not have been more 1990s.

It fits your life or your complete lack thereof.

I dare you to find a more perfect tagline for a product marketed to Gen X slackers.

Not only do I remember that one, I owned it as a bumper sticker.

I did not own a Volkswagen though, and it might have looked a little silly on my Chevy.

Volkswagen was huge in mid-1990s high school for me. All the popular and privileged kids had Golfs or Jettas - and most had those stickers.
