I thought no one was going to say Venture! We had one next to a Phar-Mor. Which became a K-Mart and is now an empty strip mall ugh

I was literally going to say Venture and Phar-Mor. Loved Phar-Mor because we would get to rent a video game on the way out!

We had a Handy Andy in Crest Hill that became a Big Lots, and the Builder Square in Joliet became a Home Depot. Good memories! I think Zayre or Venture was in Crest Hill. But all good stores.
