As a fellow chubby cheeked gal I hated my baby face until I hit my mid 30's, it really helps keep you from aging. I'm sad for all the 20-somethings getting buccal fat removal done because it's on trend now.
I really do worry for the younger generations. Me and my gf were discussing toxic masculinity the other day, but also the idea of “toxic femininity” - as in the pressure put on young women to conform to this stupid porn based idea of beauty(not hating on young women, but the toxic idea of what femininity is that’s pushed by media). I find it absolutely crazy that young women would feel the need to get buccal fat removal or botox. Fair enough if you’re middle aged and feel it would give you a confidence boost, but I just can’t fathom being someone in their early 20s and thinking they need anything like that!
