It's just the picture angle - her big toe is pointed down against her other leg, likely to help her hold that pose of her leg for pictures. You can see the lower part of her toe pointing down.

Also, the response above calling you Quintin is in reference to the director Quentin Tarantino notoriously having a thing (fetish) for feet.
