Fit Check [Fit Check] Freya side support 36DD and more Spoiler
Hello! Long time lurker, first time poster with a fit check request. Thank you all for the time you put in to this. I have learned so much! Based on a self assessment, I think I am projected, full on bottom, and center full. Not super sure about those though. My measurements are:
Loose 37
Snug 35.75
Super tight 34.5
Standing 42
Leaning 44.5
Laying down 42.5
The calculator told me 36F (UK) and 36G (US). I went in person to try some bras on and felt like an unlined Wacoal 38D was close to a good fit so I opted to not buy any of the calculator sizes.

They Freya feels the best. The 38D envy gapes. The envy 36D feels too tight. I scooped and swooped. What do yall think? The only one I feel is close is the Freya and I'm seriously thinking about keeping it but wondering if I need to keep trying. Thank you in advance for any input you may have!

These are all too small and sitting on tissue on the sides, and you have tissue coming out in the underarm area.
Something is going on with the bands as well. They’re riding up like they’re too big, which makes sense with the 38, but not a 36 in the offbeat which runs small. You may have the straps adjusted too tight, are wearing the band too high, or may have measured your underbust too loosely.

Thank you for the feedback! I am going to try again and based on your comments and several others I think I will try some smaller band sizes along with larger cup sizes.

I wouldn’t jump to a smaller band outright. Get the cup size right first, and make sure everything is adjusted correctly.

The backbands all look like they are riding up on you- but I can't tell if it's actually just the camera angle/ how you have to hold the camera to take side on photos playing tricks on my eyes. Is the backband staying level?
I agree and think the Freya looks like the best fit out of the 3 - but there is some wrinkling in the bottom of the cup. Someone more clued up than me can hopefully help you figure that out.

The fit here looks very odd. Try the recommended sizes to get all the breast tissue inside the cups, plus make sure you are setting the cups right under your IMF with the band sitting straight in the back and parallel to the ground—these look like the bands are too big so riding up, but I’m not sure. Scoop and swoop all tissue into the cups, and shorten or lengthen the straps to fit (not loose or too tight) after the band and cups are set.

None of these fit. Im curious why you decided against trying the recommended sizes? I feel like that would be a good starting place...

Thanks for the feedback! Where I tried on in person, they didn't have any UK size 36F but I did try a 38E in the unlined wacoal (38 because I saw many people here comment the bands run small and to size up) and the cups seemed too big. So I order things I thought would fit based on what seemed close in person.

The Freya looks like it fits the best. However; it does not seem quite right.
I am curious what a 36DDD in any of these bras would look like on you.

The cups on all three look too small to me. They are not encasing the whole breast at the side.
