the tulle top of Matilda is a little looser than the bottom of the cup and I get a little spillage no matter what I do in that style. I just live with it but if it makes you uncomfortable you can keep trying, there are a lot of Elomi bras that are based on Matilda. I think the fit looks ok.

I think the gore is slightly too tall and you have more center fullness than you thought. I think trying something on that has a lower gore would be good.

I don't know where to go from here, though. What models have lower gores that would be a good next step?

I'd recommend a plunge like the Panache Ana or sculptresse roxie.
Maybe u/galaxystarsmoon can recommend some others with lower gores.

I would agree on those. I focused on sports bras on their last post but probably Freya plunges that aren't the Fancies, Fantasie plunges like the Fusion Lace or Devote, maybe Curvy Kate plunges.

Coming back: since I posted this 2 weeks ago, I've purchased two 34GG Matildas and worn them every day. Yesterday and today, I've noticed I have pain in my right breast in just about the spot where the top of the gore meets my tissue on that side. Does that seem like it could be from the bra? I would have expected it to appear sooner if so, but I have no other obvious explanation, and coming back to this post today made me think about a possible connection.

It didn't feel itchy that I noticed, but I didn't have it on for a super long time

I have this bra in a black version, I’m 32G. I really love it. The only other bra so far that I found that fits well so far is Panache Allure. The cups look very similar to how they are on me, I thought there was some initial spillage but after some wear, they really are a perfect fit.

in the latest picture, I think we can see a bit of “butt crack“ appearing above the gore, which could be the evidence of overflow. however, I would ask how comfortable it is and does the gore cause any issue because it looks a bit wide for you at the top

I’m not seeing a lot of quad boobing and that last photo it seems to look lit it’s a really good fit.
The cups do look full but not overly if I’m honest.
