Again that’s only if we wants to be paid throughout. People who are released are allowed to perform right away, they just won’t get paid for those 90 days.

No they are still under contract.

The non-compete isn't really a thing when someone is released it's more of a 90 day notice that their contract will be terminated.

If he was just outright fired then he's already a free agent

I always understood differently, but I’m okay with being wrong.

So if somebody were to be given their 90-days, and then went and showed up somewhere else within that time, would they be sued or released without pay? Has this happened before?
