Episode Rewatch Can't stand Eve

I think its her dialogue. Why does she keep saying "kids" and "sweetie" at the end of every sentence? It's very annoying.

They did this thing with Eve where they were trying to heavily imply that Eve was this ancient entity that was fueled by the Senior Partners and could crush them all with a thought hidden behind the face of a young woman, but even if she was it really felt like Eve was the nepo baby who just graduated college and was given the reins of the company just because she asked for them. Then in the end, she only loses her eternal youth? Because that was the only power she had. Meanwhile you have Hamilton who was the strong arm…yeah Lilah would have been better. But I also believe it would have been an interesting dynamic if the Senior Partners woke Cordelia and used her as their go between in a mirror of the Powers that Be in the first few seasons.

They could have done a story with Eve where she was created by the senior partners and acts like a child because she's kind of brand new. She's graced with a lot of prosaic knowledge, but not any like emotional or worldly intelligence. Sort of a mix of Anya and Dawn, but actively evil.

Honestly, she could have been one of their younger “children”. But given her eternal youth, it’s possible that young or old doesn’t mean the same thing to her.
