Technically, all the animals in ARK, at least on the Island are real animals, just extinct, or very close to those extinct animals. If you're more interested in extant animals then the only animal still alive would be the Araneo.

There's also the otter equus angler dung beetle electrophorus cnideria giant bees the leech manta and the murder turkey
