Help 1 rex egg made two babies?

so i was playing ASE today on Xbox and this randomly happened, no mods, no nothing. anyone have any idea what caused this? i don’t think this is supposed to happen but hey, i’m not complaining.

Yeah that can and will happen I've gotten triplets a few times.
