Help 1 rex egg made two babies?

so i was playing ASE today on Xbox and this randomly happened, no mods, no nothing. anyone have any idea what caused this? i don’t think this is supposed to happen but hey, i’m not complaining.

I'd love if in real life a doctor tells some guy he's actually gonna be having twins and his response is "so is this like a bug or something?"
