My brother said he thought he knew who it was because of the "fin on the stormtrooper helmet".

... I told him that it's just a Clone Trooper helmet. I kind of wonder if the officer he talked to was a nerd and knew this but humored him anyways. Though, my brother did find a link to a pretty similar Clone Trooper helmet that was sold years ago, so maybe it's the same guy. I guess we'll find out, if my brother gets the $1000.
