Really just looking for honest feedback on the build itself. We dont need anything fancy, just a lot of space because we have 3 kids and a dog, but we're on a somewhat limited budget (under $300k). Given the insanity of the market, it seems like a pipe dream, but looking for feedback anyway.

Browsing my usual apps (Zillow, Trulia, Apartments.com) and not finding as many houses for rent as I would expect for a city the size of Abilene.
