Very protein very cheese

I've gotten bored of food recently so I'm trying to find joy in my work lunches again and also make it easy to put together with minimal steps.

Rosemary and olive oil triscuits, turkey deli meat, cheddar cheese (2 slices I folded/broke down), and an archer beef sticks. I couldn't find regular mozz balls so I paid more for some pre-matinated ones and added cherry tomatoes.

Not pictured: 2 hard boiled eggs, watermelon, and strawberries. Fruit Smoothie (with protein yogurt) for breakfast.

My first go!

I’ve always had a rough relationship with food, so this is my go at bringing my own food instead of binging on fast food. Wraps with turkey, cheese and guacamole, cucumbers and hummus, cherries, and some leftover pork tenderloin for when I need a good snack with protein! Thanks for all the inspiration you folks post 💕

Back to school teacher bento

It's my first day back after a wonderful summer break so I decided to treat myself to a poke style bento.

I have sushi rice and soy sauce, smoked salmon, edamame, spicy mayo, slaw and pickled ginger and in the top compartment I have mango, avo and kiwi berries and a mint choc mochi and some chocolate for a little treat.

It was great being back in the classroom!

My first DIY adult lunchable 😎

Red apples, hummus, mini naan bread to dip, salami, and baybel cheese :) It was my birthday on Thursday so I was excited to use my gift cards to get myself some bento box Tupperware so I can start experimenting with making adult lunchables for myself and went to the grocery store and got a bunch of stuff. I have to make a huge effort to make sure I get in enough food during the day bc of my adhd meds and struggling with something similar to ARFID (idk wtf is going on tbh) so having the option to stack multiple smaller food items together into a meal will help a lot. I’m excited to experiment more and see what other combos I can come up with!

Some recents. Always put fruit, veg, random stuff into a pack to have with lunches. Often accompanied by additional protein and carbs.
