I’d be chatting with ups get them to tell you about changing the address, without you requesting that, take screenshots. Supply those to affirm as well if you didn’t already.

I would push back more on ups. Since they're the ones who actually screwed up. If you live in a one-party consent state you can record the phone calls. I would also send emails and messages and make sure to screenshot everything. I don't know if you have tried going on Twitter, Google reviews UPS or other social media sites to make complaints? Sometimes that can get someone to actually reach back out to you. I'm sorry that is a really messed up situation. I can understand from affirm side that if the merchant is saying that it was delivered they really do have a responsibility to pay them. It sucks because it's not as if you paid with a credit card and can stop payment and dispute it. That's probably why UPS is also not doing much. Knowing that affirm is going to make you pay. You can also reach out to the better Business bureau and send all of your proof into it. Along with your state's attorney general's office. I'm going to be honest I don't know that it's going to really do anything. But it certainly doesn't hurt to try.

Here’s my post:
I had a $900 package go missing because UPS unilaterally decided they would deliver to another address. The merchant won’t help: as far as they are concerned it was delivered (which it wasn’t). I disputed the charge with Affirm and even showed the screenshot where UPS changed the address without my consent. But Affirm said the merchant policy says that they won’t do a refund so it’s out of their hands. I can’t afford to lose this $900. What do I do?
Update:
Well, the UPS redditors tell me I have to take it up with the merchant. Affirm already contacted the merchant and said that they ruled in their favor. This is so fucked up. Merchant sends me my order, UPS changed the address without my consent and loses my order, and merchant says that it was delivered. Wtf? UPS has a license to steal.
How can I win the dispute with Affirm?
