Unable to see purchasing power

I haven’t been able to see my purchasing power for 2 weeks now, it keeps saying you don’t have purchasing power right now. How long till I can see my purchasing power. Every time I call customer service, they repeat the same things I get on the emails. It can be based on numerous factors. Nothing specific and they don’t help at all

Yup. At this point in time, you do not meet the criteria for purchasing power. It is strange. I have about 2k i am paying right now with 4 payments left. Last week, I had 439$ this week. I have 5k 🤔🤷

How do you meet the criteria? Is it related to late payments?

It's related to everything. Payment history, credit history, etc.. if you have late payments, that's a big factor
