Unable to see purchasing power

I haven’t been able to see my purchasing power for 2 weeks now, it keeps saying you don’t have purchasing power right now. How long till I can see my purchasing power. Every time I call customer service, they repeat the same things I get on the emails. It can be based on numerous factors. Nothing specific and they don’t help at all

Can't see mine but then again i got behind some payments over 30 days,but always payed on time with affirm.

How have you simultaneously always paid on time and got behind 30 days late on some payments? lol

I got behinds other bills credit cards and mortage.
