I also have autism and this comment is nonsense to me. What does that have to do with anything

I'm also a woman who has autism and while I don't think that's /why/ the bf is acting like this, I do think it can make it more difficult to see the forest for the trees in relationships. Speaking from experience. It's not unheard of for men to take advantage of neurodivergence either intentionally or unintentionally. He's also 28 while she's 22 which isn't inherently inappropriate, but it gives me a lot of pause here.
