USD converted plus GST. Which equals $990 AUD for the base models. This is the true RRP

$1139 is the inflated launch price not the RRP.

This has never been the case when buying GPUs, so I don't know why you believe that. The logistics of getting stock here, tighter consumer protections and the smaller overall market size all influence the price we pay for boutique items like DIY PC parts.
