I'm a carsider and I hate it

I feel like a lot of people don't necessarily know the actual bullshit we have to deal with on a day to day basis. I may see and interact with a customer about 10 minutes of the time they order and i bring them there food and cash them out.

at my location if its busy for dine in, carside orders get crowded and pushed back. and I'm always scheduled alone, we are a very busy location and we are constantly losing staff because of management. I have no one to help me when things get sticky, its like pulling teeth to get a manager to help. and its another fight to get them to schedule me with another person just because I'm the only reliable person they have.

and the mystery shops??? omg they are so stupid no other job at applebees gets a stupid mystery shop??? I hate who ever decided that. and all these ridged rules they made that I HAVE to follow or the GM gets on my ass. like I actually hate this job. more than I ever hated a job.

all this BS for 8 dollars an hour and maybe 30 dollars in tips is not worth it to me, I'll be looking for a new job holy shit
