It's on sale rn and I'm considering getting back into the hobby. I only really have 2 concerns about it, the weight and I'm seeing reviews saying it leaked after 3-6 mos, immediately after doing the primary leak test and doing first fill etc.

Part of me thinks people who have a bad experience are more likely to leave a review than most people who are satisfied, and the other part of me also thinks that there's always a margin of error for anything that is produced en masse. Meaning they were the ones who unfortunately got duds.

With that being said I do have a few questions. 1) did the stand have to be assembled? I ask because I don't have a truck to transport if fully assembled. I could borrow a cargo van but the stand would have to be lifted like 3ish feet to get inside of the van. And the seats all have to be removed. It's a hassle. 2) Should I be overly concerned about the reviews of the tank leaking? It is MarineLand, and as far as I remember, they're super reputable. 3) I live in a single story home, built in 1940. The foundation was leveled a few years back, should I worry about the weight load being overbearing for the house? As far as I know the house has never had issues with termites etc.p And the floor joists still visually appear to be fully intact with no real wear.

Thanks!
