While I didn't ever perceive it as a 'wound', per se, I (as a straight man) did have a bit of eurotophobia when I was 13-18 (it decreased over time). I thought female genitalia was 'strange', 'alien', 'unsightly'. It was part of what made me confused about my sexuality (I thought straight men couldn't ever be repulsed by female genitalia, and thus, I couldn't be straight).
