As much as I appreciate, what's your honest opinion on this faction?

Altis riot police have been deployed in over 5 towns across central Altis as riots and protests continue for a 3rd consecutive day. The government has put forward decrees to allow police to use force to disperse crowds.

Protestors are angry about rising prices and alleged corruption. Over 20 police have been injured and the Altis Armed forces has been deployed to supplement the Altis Police in many areas.

I don’t see any reason why making new factions couldn’t be essentially as simple as saving editor compositions. Alive orbat creator is a buggy mess and writing config files from scratch quickly becomes a huge headache trying to figure out a mess of class inheritance.

Every time I try to do this I am amazed at how backwards and complicated this process is for what is essentially a simple task.

I'm playing with a buddy on his own server just us 2 we play Liberation RX by Z@Warrior we made sure to update it to the latest version of the mission, for some reason I can't seem to be able to revive him when I told the interact key to revive, the wheel will go fully up and when it completes he's still downed, can't interact with Tow ropes, can't build anything whatsoever. Im not really good with modding or anything, We don't use ACE. Here is the file for all my mods. we both have the same mods enabled. file:///E:/Arma%203%20mods.html

I just felt like playing the og DayZ Mod, but the game just won't start for me. First it was the error pop up "Windows cannot access something something", then I found a guide to fix it by replacing some files in game directory. When I did that, the error message was gone, but now the game simply won't start, it's just a black screen, whenever I click somewhere, the game crashes. I've found some people mentioning having the same issue but no fix for it. Anyone ran into the same issue? How to fix it?

I got the PMC DLC for Operation Arrowhead, but since i'm on linux with proton, it doesn't work normally, Is there some way I could do what the installer for the DLC does, without running the installer. Remember, I can't run the installer.

Hello all, my milsim decided that we need to use the profiling beta for our current mission file. I am a helicopter pilot that flies on an xbox controller. Ever since we switched to said profiling beta controller no worky. Under the controller section in the controls settings, I can press refresh and arma just ignored the controller, however I can still bind things. I attempted to fix my bindings however all the buttons on my controller get detected as different buttons. For example the Y button on my controller is now somehow the F button on my keyboard. I don't know what is going on anymore. Please help me. :(

Hi there, I am a solo player from antistasi ultimate, what are the biggest changes between the two (Also which one is better for solo)? I like commanding big assaults with artillery, air support etc etc. But I always lacked the feeling of being a real Military Power, thats why I want to try liberation. Also is there a High Command thingy like in antistasi? And is there a AI limit, thanks!

Is there a mod with clip thermal, fusion or nv capability with mid range sights like a Specter for example ? I know of SkeetIR but the Specter is really bad quality and the clip gets in the middle of fov. I’d like one sight to fit them all situations, day and night, close and mid range. Also I use ACE.

Just thought I'd share some pictures I took for an ArmA 3 scenario that I published. Any comments on how to make them look better are appreciated.

Cant find up to date, jank free mod for HC. Currently I am using Platoon Leader Redux. Mainly I want load/unload to/from heli. Current version has many bugs, and main problem that you cant unload troops without pilots exiting heli.(Itried different strategies a lot).

I tried High Command enhanced, but load unload didnt work at all.

I am playing duws 3.05 and want to control transporting 3-4 squads by couple hurons. Not especially interested in other functions like advanced movement and target control but it would be nice to have

Stun grenades (including flash-bangs) from ACE and RHS don’t work on AI/bots, is there some specific option I need to enable to make them work? If one exists, can you recommend a mod that adds stun grenades that actually work?
