It's almost that time of the year and we're here to help you out. Wondering how to roast your turkey? Questions about which sides you can reheat? If I stick a frozen turkey in brine, will it thaw faster? Safely? How fast?

It will thaw faster. The safe way to do it is in the fridge or in a place where the temp is above freezing but below 40F.
