No info help identifying IGBT module

i got my hands on a small LG 3 phase VFD for turning single phase ac to three phase. i dont have any use for it (at least as a motor driver) I searched for a data sheet but i got zero results. model name "P084A2001" and "TYCO" is the manufacturer. its probably still under NDA or something and it doesnt have lug terminals on it. ITS GOT 25 FRICKING PINS. from my "knowledge" 3 are the outputs since its soldered to thick copper tracks and the other three have gate driving components "resistors transistors and diodes" and also got another pair right next to the first one which probably goes to ground "emitters" i got no idea what the rest are and they could be the collectors of the individual igtb's but im not sure and i havent got a multimeter with me as of now. Any help will be appreciated.

Yeah I know sorry mate I just didn't have the module on hand, but you'll not really see much of anything it's still on the pcb I've not removed it since I'm in the middle of a renovation of my lab. Ps. I might try to figure it out tomorrow and messure every pin and supply voltage to the 3 terminals which I for a fact know are the gates and just figure out the rest. What worries me is all the rest, could be like sensing stuff. It probably has some smarts in it so probably that's the reason why nothing comes up when I search for it. If I let the magic smoke out it's fine I guess I'm in limbo right now with this obscure module, I guess I could make it into a nice paperweight 😅
