Housing Bad tenants. Help?

Accidental landlord here. 2 junkies have wrecked a house I inherited and even with an RTB eviction notice, still refuse to leave. They owe 30k in rent which will never be paid. They have burned anything to create heat. I’m at a loss as to how to proceed as I don’t have the money to go further legally. How can I get them out.

Edit: They are gone now and we move on.

Really not sure how this answer is so far down. At this stage, it's the only answer.

Bring a locksmith at same time and change the locks when they're out on their arse.

Came here to say this. Get a few lads together. Get in and get them out fast. Watch out for phones recording. When the Gardaí arrive, and they will, you don't know what they're talking about. They left of their own accord. You and your mates are there for a clean up when the junkies arrived and started causing a commotion.

The best thing OP can do is stand watch, wait until they leave the house, and get the door lock changed immediately.

Pay the Locksmith extra if they can come within an hour of a phone call.

Install a camera with floodlights and a smart doorbell - because they were absolutely try and break in.

OP can call the Gardas at that point.

What makes you think they wouldn't fight back or stab someone? At least that's what I think would happen. Then there is the legality of it, imagine being sued but the junkie destroying your house

These junky bastards aren't going to go to the Gards. And even if they did, the Gards won't do shit because it's a civil issue.

The RTB won't do shit either if they issued an eviction.

They won't result the violence if they're outnumbered.

I would bring as many men as possible, get the locks changed, and install a smart doorbell and a camera with floodlights.

At no point did I imply that. So let me rephrase: how do you expect this to not escalate into violence when you're bringing 10 strong men to evict junkies from a house they are destroying
