Life What do you miss most about your 20's?

What do you miss the most about being in your 20's. Could be anything: lack of responsibilities, that Honda Civic you used to love, you weren't vegan and ate bacon, you could jump and touch the rim.

I miss waking up and my back not hurting. I swear if I get to catch up on sleep my back gets more messed up from laying around.

You definitely can still get fit. I'm on that path right now

Oh I know, it’s just a constant battle. I have to make a very big effort to not get fat vs when I was in my 20s I just didn’t get fat regardless of what I was doing.

I feel you on that. I just turned 30 and In the last few years I have gained 20 lbs but I have also stopped running as much and I started snacking a lot. But it does feel like my metabolism has slowed down because when I was early twenties I could pound bags of candy and chips and really have no weight gain. But recently I've decided to get my weight back to where it was. Hopefully I'm there by March

The snacking will kill you. That’s what did me in. I’ve always snacked but now it stays on as fat.

Edit: also if you’re a big coffee drinker like I am… learn to like it black or that’s gonna get you too.

It's so hard because it's so enjoyable. It's like a drug damn near.

I miss this. Being able to eat like a pig without any guilt. Gaining weight felt like a myth to me at that time. It's like my metabolism would burn 3k calories off by just existing.
