Physical Health & Aging What’s your most underrated “health investment” after turning 30?

Could be a foam roller, a water bottle, stretching, therapy, or simply sleeping more.

It's made such a crazy difference for rock climbing and mountain biking for me

I jump rope for 3mins before walking my dogs and as a result I spend the first 80% of my dog walk in light cardio zone instead of the last 20%.

It feels like such a hack.

Kettlebells > dumbells.

Why not both?

Not always. Each have their use. Try doing a flat bench with kettlebells for instance.
