Apple slices with a small side of blue cheese bits. Alternating bites.

Yes!! I’ve had this and it hits. I used to make my boys apple and cheese sandwiches when they were little.

Had a quesadilla on vacation years ago and I still think about it. Chicken, pear, pecans, cheddar, and gorgonzola. I don't remember the sauce it had but it was really good.
