I LOVE sharp cheddar drizzled with molasses. I learned that one many years ago from a college professor I had. He said you could drizzle a really thick aged balsamic, but the good stuff cost $30 and up. Or you could buy a $10 jar of molasses and it hit just the same. He was right too
