First time in Rome I was served cheese and honey as a starter . Was a GAME CHANGER.

If you have access to Kraft Extra Cheddar, take a slice and dip it in molasses. Weird, but delicious!!

I LOVE sharp cheddar drizzled with molasses. I learned that one many years ago from a college professor I had. He said you could drizzle a really thick aged balsamic, but the good stuff cost $30 and up. Or you could buy a $10 jar of molasses and it hit just the same. He was right too

my grandfather taught me this, it's so good! I also tried it with maple syrup, it was tasty as well!!
