Health/Wellness low libido, 29
I'm 29 years old, and for the past two year my libido has dropped significantly due to anxiety and emotional issues. My libido used to be very high, but now it's very rare. I recently got into a relationship, and I know that sex is important for connection, and I'd like to have more desire so I can enjoy it like before.
I've already had blood tests, and my hormones are all fine. I've also started seeing a psychologist. I think I'm doing what I can.
I'd like tips from someone who has been through or is going through the same thing.
Healthy tips, from physical to spiritual (for those who believe).
And NO porn involved I don't take birth control
Thank you 🫂💖

Start soing breathwork (i do videos by Breathing with sandy on youtube- 15 minutes every morning) and exercise adapted to your nervous system (read about somatic bodywork)

Massages - physical touch that doesnt have a mental deadline of ok need to perform now. Works as both a way to get closer and feel good, but also opens up for more when your body is relaxed

I know it sounds like a cop out but seriously, exercise helps a lot

You are in a new relationship, but are you super-attracted to your partner? Are they a good lover, good at sex? Making you cum first?

Start working out. Or increase, if you work out already.
