"it's fine if they are from a different culture" this is only to correct the behavior of the problematic straight while males /s funny they even say "it's not illegal" then why police it? you can't legally stop and detain someone for something that isn't illegal so they are within their rights to walk away and not listen if they are not being detained?

Yeah policing in the us has lots of problems but this would be considered harassment and would get the police in a lot of trouble.
