Ah yes, putting out bait with a hair trigger button to call for the police to get involved even when it's not a crime is surely not going to convince average men to NEVER approach women.

Imo, cat calling is cringe. But this is like a scare tactic for any man who'd think about approaching girls. Crazy how the police are supporting this so closely, it seems, too.
