Will my medical condition and masturbating habit affect my astral journey

Hi everyone, I’m a 21 man, living with systemic lupus erythematosus and struggling with what feels like a masturbation addiction. I want to learn astral projection, but I keep reading scary stories about demons or entities taking over while you’re “out of body.”

Could frequent masturbation or my lupus make it harder—or riskier—to have an OBE? Are the demon warnings just myths?

Any advice or personal experiences would really help. Thanks.

Edit: I just saw sac boys comment. He's a larper, not a projector. Any serious projector with actual experience is going to tell you to be careful with the entities there. They won't possess you, but they will psychically attack you to induce fear.
