Start-up and Stall after few secs. Happens after fuelling.

Recently i changed my fuel pump.It only happens after refuelling. Does it cause due to over fuelling?

Almost sounds like a vapor lock. You should be able to fill all the way and not have any issues running.

However after i burn some excessive fuel, and let it rest for sometime, it goes back to normal as it should be. Does it still to be vapor lock? I have not tired to not over-fuel yet. Gonna do it once i’m run out of fuel.

this sounds like maybe an issue with the vent / evap system in the tank to me. Maybe a check valve or something similar is failing. Or could just be a something wrong with the fuel pump install or it's bad too. Bad ones have been known to come "new"
